Meet the Founder
The Bankruptcy Law Center was founded in 2008 by Ahren Tiller, one of the state’s most accomplished attorneys in terms of bankruptcy experience and expertise. Aside from Tiller, there are only two other Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialists in the entire county of San Diego. Ahren is also recognized as a Specialist in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.
After graduating from the University of California as a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, Ahren Tiller earned his law degree at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During his time at this esteemed institution, Tiller received the school’s Law Medal as well as the prestigious Witkin-Cali award for his academic achievements. Although it typically takes three years to earn a degree at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ahren completed his education in just two years before graduating on the Dean’s List.
Ahren Tiller quickly gained plenty of experience after graduating from university. Bankruptcy law was a priority for Tiller from the very beginning, and he soon became an expert in this complex legal area. During this period, he also made a name for himself as a trial lawyer, representing a number of important clients and becoming well-acquainted with the overall trial process. Since founding the Southern California Bankruptcy Law Center, Ahren Tiller has become even more passionate about helping Americans who are in need of financial assistance.

Meet the Business Owner
Attorney Ahren Tiller is one of only three Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Law Specialists in San Diego County. He has been recognized by the American Board of Certification as being a Specialist in Consumer Bankruptcy Law.
He graduated from the University of California with High Honors receiving admission into the prestigious Golden Key Honors Society. He then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego receiving his law degree. While there, Mr. Tiller received the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Medal for academic excellence, the Witkin-Cali Award for academic excellence, and was named to the Dean´s List. He graduated law school at an accelerated pace of only two years (usually takes 3 years to graduate).
After graduating from law school, Mr. Tiller began working solely in the area of Bankruptcy law and Real Estate law. Furthermore, Mr. Tiller has gained extensive trial experience and has become a skilled trial attorney along with becoming a bankruptcy law specialist.
